TONE Fitness Abu Dhabi is an exclusive ladies fitness studio. We offer the best classes on Zumba, Zumba Tone, Yoga, Yogilates, Yoga Tone, Kangoo Jumps, Aerobics and Personal Training.

All classes are conducted by certified fitness trainers who are experts on their own field. Classes are affordable and we offer a variety of packages that will suit your needs.

TONE Fitness is located in Bain Al Jessrain Coop Bldg. in Al Maqta Area. (Formerly ‘Between Two Bridges’) It is best to enter through entrance number 2 which is nearest to ADIB – also in the same coop compound.
